"I am a restaurateur in the Central Florida area. I stumbled upon the Maggie Alexander agency because of the proximity of my business in Port Orange, and that they were already writing other like business’ in my current center. So I thought to keep my current insurer honest, that I would allow them to quote my 10 stores. Upon entering the agency it was apparent that I was in an extremely professional organization. The lobby and common areas were impeccable. There was an impressive team of agents, probably 6 or 7 working diligently in their offices. I felt like at the very least, that I landed in a spot that was obviously trusted by the masses. Being a creature of habit and a loyal person to my current agent, I did have a lot of anxiety because I figured I would be tasked with gathering tons of information on my current business’. I am so busy and get distracted so easily that I wasn’t sure if I was up to the task. Maggie and her team made me feel that I was the most important client. They did not over burden me with questions, they actually hunted down most of the information that was needed. I had mentioned several times that I was happy with the service and coverage of my current agent, but I just wanted an apples to apples comparison. They navigated with a confidence that truly put me at ease. When armed with all of the information, the Maggie Alexander agency showed that I would save 50k per year if I had switched. I was cautiously optimistic. I thanked them for their efforts, their promptness, and attention to detail. But I wanted to show my current agent what they were offering. I was certain that he would poke holes in all of this. Surprising to me and embarrassingly enough to him, he could not refute any of the coverages at all. In fact I was actually better insured on most of the policies quoted. There was a savings of 11k annually in just one of my restaurants. I have since moved all of my business and personal insurance needs over to the Maggie team. My partners have also followed suit. I cannot recommend them enough. Restaurants today have an all time high for failure rates and this Maggie / State Farm team is a true partner to Bronx House Pizzas success and overall longevity. Ask for Fabiola or Pam…and of course Maggie herself!!"
