"I am not currently a State Farm policy holder but due to my recent experience at this office, I may be in the future. My motorcycle was hit while parked at the Sturgis Rally in SD. The kid who caused the accident was insured by State Farm. After several frustrating attempts to speak with the adjuster on the phone and getting nowhere, I decided to visit the local office here on Port Orange. I explained the situation to Fabiola and she got in touch with someone in claims. She gave them my info and they called me a few days later (Labor Day weekend was upcoming) and got things rolling. "Messed up everything having to do with both policies I had with them, which, in turn made it impossible for me to insure my vehicles without re-titling them (it gets put in the system and can't be insured if any information changes). One day they say I'm cancelled without notice, the next they say I'm not, the next, they say I am, they screw up the most simple things, like mailing address. They submit inaccuracies to their underwriter, cancel me, then say it was a mix up on their part, WITHOUT CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. Very yucky, where is my refund? Oh wait, maybe they will send THAT to one of the garage addresses that does not accept mail. Thanks for worry, trouble, and now more trouble. Empty promises, sabotage so I can't insure my vehicles with another company. Yes, they can do that with one click of their dirty keyboards."
